Global Missions

GO is the mandate Jesus gave the church moments before He ascended to heaven. It's also the heartbeat of our call to global outreach through world missions here at Calvary as we serve, give, and minister together taking the Good News into all the world.  

Acts 1:8 says, "You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." In other words, we have been called to reach out with the love of Jesus to our family and friends, to reach out to our province and nation, and finally to reach out and minister cross culturally with His heart and love for the world. Over the years our mission to actively reach those who are lost without Jesus has been critical to our vision.

Calvary Church has a long history of mission involvment around the globe. From short term mission trips sending teams to various countries, through to the faithful support of full time missionaries and ministries abroad. We continue to partner with our broader church family through the effective efforts of IPHC Ministries World Missions and are actively involved in Haiti, Turkey, and Israel, as well as church planting and drug rehab centres in Ukraine.
